By downloading, installing, or using RenoMate ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

RenoMate is an AI-powered mobile application that generates renovation visualizations, virtual staging, paint colour previews, cost estimates, and materials lists for residential and commercial properties. The App uses artificial intelligence to transform photos of rooms and properties.

2. Credits & Free Trial

New users receive a limited number of free credits to try the App's features. Each AI generation (renovation, staging, paint visualization, etc.) consumes one credit. Free credits are provided once per device and cannot be replenished without purchase.

3. Purchases & Payments

RenoMate offers credit packs as consumable In-App Purchases through the Apple App Store:

• 5 Credits — $2.99
• 15 Credits — $6.99
• 50 Credits — $14.99
• 150 Credits — $29.99

Credits are used when generating visualizations and cannot be refunded once consumed. There are no subscriptions — credits never expire.

All purchases are:

• Processed securely by Apple
• Subject to Apple's payment terms and refund policies
• Non-transferable between devices or accounts

If a generation fails due to a technical error, the credit will be automatically refunded to your balance.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All visualizations, cost estimates, and materials lists generated by the App are for illustrative and informational purposes only. They are:

• AI approximations and not professional architectural, engineering, or interior design advice
• Not guaranteed to be accurate representations of actual renovation outcomes
• Not substitutes for consultation with licensed builders, architects, or tradespeople

5. Cost Estimates & Materials Lists

Cost estimates and Bunnings materials lists provided by the App are AI-generated approximations based on general market data. Actual costs may vary significantly based on location, labour rates, material availability, and project specifics. Always obtain professional quotes before commencing renovation work.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not upload images that infringe on third-party rights
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or exploit the App
• Not use the App to generate misleading real estate marketing materials that misrepresent a property's actual condition
• Consult qualified professionals before making renovation decisions based on AI-generated content

7. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, features, and underlying technology are owned by RenoMate. You retain ownership of photos you upload. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive licence to use AI-generated images for your own purposes. You may not use the App's branding, logo, or name without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of AI-generated visualizations, cost estimates, or materials lists
• We are not responsible for renovation decisions made based on the App's output
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep the App available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI generation depends on third-party services that may experience downtime. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. Unused credits are non-refundable upon termination.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
