How do credits work?

Each AI tool uses 1 credit per generation. You start with 6 free credits. Buy more anytime — they never expire and there's no subscription.

What happens if a generation fails?

If the AI generation fails for any reason, your credit is automatically refunded. You won't lose credits on failed attempts.

Which photos work best?

Well-lit rooms photographed in landscape orientation give the best results. Include walls, floor, and ceiling. Avoid dark, blurry, or heavily cropped images.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Your photos are processed in real-time by AI and are never stored on any server. We don't collect personal data. See our Privacy Policy.

Can I edit the AI result?

Yes! After generating a result, use the chat feature to describe changes in natural language, like "make the walls sage green" or "add pendant lights".

How do I restore purchases on a new device?

Open RenoMate → Settings tab → tap "Restore Purchases". All your credits will be synced automatically.
